Ward Williams Associates (WWA) are pleased to be involved with the exciting project
to refurbish and enhance the Regal Cinema. Bringing both experience and enthusiasm we
hope to both help Lawrence and Ian organise and programme the considerable task before us and bring
a disciplined approach to cost and contractual matters. Though WWA have only recently opened an office in
Evesham in 2008, Chris Harrison, who heads up a mix of both experience and youthful enthusiasm, has lived in the
area for nearly half a century enjoying the Regal cinema as child, teenager and adult but has yet to take his own children
to a showing. He was involved with the refurbishment of the Clifton cinema house into the present facility and is looking
forward to refurbishing the Regal into a more traditional role but with the added value of a modern and innovative approach.

WWA see their role has helping the team produce sensible trade packages and assist in the controlled programming of both the
procurement and cost control of the works along with helping in the production of an overall programme for the Design Team to follow.

WWA have been operating as Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, etc. Since 1974 and besides Evesham have offices in London,
Bristol, Truro and Plymouth employing 50 plus surveyors. Chris opened the Evesham office in August 2008 and despite the recession has
expanded to 5 staff with intentions of further expansion during this year. Though the majority of their business has been out of the area they
hope to develop the local market and with the support of the other offices are capable of taking on all sizes and types of project.
