Ian has 20 years financial management experience in industry, followed by building restoration projects in the UK and Europe. He invests in new businesses, the latest of which is the Regal. In his spare time, he climbs mountains.

Melvyn has 25 years experience in the cinema industry in the UK and Europe. He is a former MD of Warner Village Cinemas and currently COO of IMS plc, a media access services company.

Robert Gambi

Robert has more than 25 years experience in the financial industry and is currently an MD in UBS Global Asset management heading up its Global Fixed Income business. |
Mike Green
|
Mike is our Restoration Manager. His depth of knowledge in art deco cinemas has proved crutial to our development so far. He specialises in restoration and installation of cinema organs and has worked on several similar projects over the years. He now brings his expertise and wealth of knowledge to The Regal.

Eva Jaurena
|
Eva studied languages and cinema at the Sorbonne, Paris then worked as an intern at the New York Times. She brings an international perspective to film and cinema and is managing creative design.

Russell Hancock
|
Russell grew up in Bengeworth and runs local theatre company Imaginary Friend. In 2005 he won Best Film at the Cornwall Film Festival for his debut short, Sunday Bench. His late grandfather, Maurice Berry, was once chief projectionist at the old Cinema of Dreams. Russell is our graphic and web designer.

Carol Bury

Carol lives in the heart of Bengeworth. As our events co-ordinator she is responsible for organising events, liasing with local businesses.

Bernard Carey

Bernard is a life-long supporter of the performing arts and a trustee of the Elgiva Theatre, Chesham. He has sat on the boards of public companies in the automotive and retails industries and is responsible for marketing, sponsorship and public relations.

Sue Lloyd
|
Sue is a psychology graduate with an MBA from London Business School, and a recent career in executive search. Current interests include talent management and promoting investment in community entrepreneurship.

Samantha Harris
|
Samantha studied post-modernist film and literature at university and is now interesting in promoting film clubs. Charitable work includes recently running the London Marathon for a leading children's charity and raising funds for the Regal.

Lucy Wilby
|
Lucy's background is in sales and membership management in the health and leisure industry. She has worked on major restoration projects in London and is an experienced property manager.
